Welcome to Meypato Rooms, a mobile application developed and owned by Meypato Rooms Private Limited, a company registered under the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office at Itanagar India (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Meypato Rooms mobile application (the “App” or “Platform”). By downloading, installing, registering, or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms, including our Privacy Policy and any other terms referenced herein.

 

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the App.

 

ELIGIBILITY

To access and use this App, you must be:

• At least 16 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
• Using the App in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws.

If you are using the App on behalf of a business or legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

 

SERVICES PROVIDED

Meypato Rooms provides a digital platform that allows users to:

• Discover, search, and book a visit to rental accommodations.
• View property details, amenities, pricing, and user reviews.
• Make secure online payments and receive payment confirmations.

Please note that Meypato Rooms acts as an intermediary and is not the owner or operator of any listed properties unless explicitly stated.

 

 

 

 

USER ACCOUNT AND REGISTRATION

To access certain features of the App, users may be required to create an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and updated registration information.
• Maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or breach of security.
• Be fully responsible for all activities under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are inactive, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms.

 

BOOKING, PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONS

Booking Confirmation

Once you book a visit to a property through the App, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS. The property owner or partner may require additional verification (ID, deposit, etc.).

Payment Processing

Payments are securely handled through third-party payment gateways. By making a payment, you authorize us and/or our partners to charge your selected payment method for the total amount (including applicable taxes and fees).

Return  and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies vary per property. Users are advised to review the Return and Refunds policy as stated on the booking page before confirming a reservation.

 

USER RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App.
• Post or transmit false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise offensive content.
• Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party.

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts found to be in violation of these Terms.

 

THIRD-PARTY CONTENT AND SERVICES

Our App may contain links or integrations with third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or policies of such third parties.

 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All intellectual property rights in the App and its content, including but not limited to trademarks, service marks, logos, text, images, code, and design, are the exclusive property of Meypato Rooms Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. You may not:

• Copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, or use any part of the App or its content without written consent.
• Attempt to reverse engineer or derive the source code of the App.

 

DATA COLLECTION AND PRIVACY

We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with applicable data protection laws including the Information Technology Act, 2000

 

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The App and services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• The accuracy or completeness of listings.
• Availability of rooms or quality of properties.
• Continuous, secure, or error-free access to the App.

Use of the App is at your own risk.

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meypato Rooms Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising out of:

• Your use or inability to use the App.
• Errors or inaccuracies in booking.
• Acts or omissions of property owners or third-party partners.

 

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Meypato Rooms Pvt. Ltd., its affiliates, directors, employees, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, or costs arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your misuse of the App.
• Your infringement of any rights of a third party.

 

TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable laws.

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the App will cease immediately.
• We may delete or deactivate your account and related data.

 

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh.

 

AMENDMENTS AND UPDATES

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Updates will be published in the App and/or website, along with the revised effective date. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
